Refund & Cancellation Policy

mySnack is a prepaid, credit-based service. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, refunds, and disputes work. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. How billing works

  • Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance; one-time top-up packs are available to subscribers. Credits are always worth $1 = 100 credits.
  • Credits are deducted per generation (images, voice, video, publishing chains) at the price shown in the cost estimate before you confirm.
  • Failed generations are never charged. You are only charged for work that completes successfully; if a provider fails mid-chain, the failed step costs nothing.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access and can spend your remaining credits until then, and you will not be charged again. Unused credits expire when the subscription ends.

3. Refunds

  • Subscription payments — the current billing period is non-refundable once started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a renewal right after cancelling), contact us and we will make it right.
  • Top-up packs— refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack’s credits have been spent. Once credits from a pack are used, the pack is non-refundable.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges — always refunded in full.

4. Quality issues

Generated media is produced by third-party AI models and can vary in quality; artistic dissatisfaction with a successfully completed generation is not by itself grounds for a refund. That said, if a result is clearly broken (corrupted file, wrong output, unusable artifact), contact us within 7 days and we will re-run the generation or return the credits.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, please email us first at support@mysnack.ai — we respond within 2 business days and resolve most billing issues immediately. Initiating a card chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
