Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mySnack (the “Service”), an AI avatar short-form video studio that lets you create avatars, appearances, and videos and publish them to connected platforms. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You sign in with Google; you are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account secure.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, images, audio, video, and other materials you upload or generate (“Your Content”). You grant mySnack a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including sending it to the AI and publishing providers described in our Privacy Policy, and publishing it to the platforms you connect.

3. Likeness & consent

If you upload a photo of a real person or create an avatar based on a real person, you represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to do so. You may not use the Service to impersonate, defraud, or create misleading content about any person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates another’s rights;
  • is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence;
  • impersonates a person or entity without authorization; or
  • violates the terms or policies of any connected platform.

5. Connected platforms

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts (YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok) to publish your videos. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Instagram Terms, and TikTok Terms of Service. By connecting YouTube you specifically agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and mySnack’s use of YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Publishing to Instagram requires an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with each platform’s rules. You can disconnect a platform at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored access tokens for that platform.

6. AI-generated output

Generated media is produced by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. The Service is provided for your creative use; you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it.

7. Billing & payments

Paid features run on prepaid credits, included with a subscription and available as one-time top-up packs. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are deducted per successful generation at the price shown before you confirm; failed generations are not charged. Cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mySnack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
